Since Duilio first opened its doors in 1959, this nautical-themed restaurant has been well known for its expertly prepared fish-based dishes. Colored lanterns, fishing nets, an old wine press and a bragozzo (a hand-painted antique fishing boat from Caorle) decorate Duilio’s dining room, where polenta e seppoline (their Buon Ricordo dish) and risotto alla onda di mare are among the most popular dishes served.

For dessert try the frutta dorata Duilio (caramelized fresh fruit). Duilio’s wine list features predominantly Italian wines and their in-house sommelier will be happy to help you choose the wine that best complements your dish. Request a table outdoors in summer; at publication time they had plans to open a greenhouse room.
